Greaduate of Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing, he studied documentary under the wing of Marcel Łożyński, Jacek Bławut and Vita Żelakeviciute.

He also studied sociology and psychology and reportage at Warsaw University, Utrecht University and Yale University.

Currently he is working on his doctorate at the Sociology Institute of Warsaw University researching Polish festival communities. Editor and head of reviews dept „Patrząc” on „Kultura Liberalna” portal.
