Her interests spin around mutual bonds and tensions between human world and „more-than-human-one”. Her practice is based on research, she’s inspired by science, however stays critical towards it. Her work ranges from visual art to writing or organising various forms of social projects and workshops.
She’s a member of ZAKOLE group which explores ways to storytell and experience swamp areas from the perspective of creatures living there (Zakole.pl). Resident artist of Saari Residence in Finland, CSW Łaźnia in Łódź, W788in Kozielec and Calafou in Catalonia. Laureate of International Photography Award in New York (2019), Tokyo International Foto Award (2019) and Best Media Art Diploma Competition of WRO Art Centre (2022). She graduated from Dept of Photography at ASP Poznań, Media Art at ASP Warsaw and Biology at Warsaw University. She worked in Botanical Garden of Warsaw University for many years.
